Bike Tours for The Wounded
Bike Tours For The Wounded supports all services and all ranks of those who have served our country whether they are Wounded, Injured or Sick (WIS). Where their injury, physical or mental condition is / was considered to be career or life limiting.
Our supermarket collections are an invaluable source of donations and make a;genuine contribution in helping send 52 Wounded, Injured and Sick Service Personnel or Veterans every year to enjoy an experience of a lifetime riding pillion on a Harley Davidson on Route 66 and the meandering roads of;the Wild West.
We can’t do it without you so if you like what we do we’re looking for individuals, couples, groups of friends, motorcycle club members, service personnel or veterans or other kind hearted folk around the country to volunteer some of their time to attend supermarket bucket collections.
If you’d like to help please contact our Fundraising Coordinator, Mark Lamplough, who will be pleased to discuss what’s involved. Please call Mark 07799 335 534 or email [email protected]
A Taste of what is on offer
One of our WIS who also joined us in Normandy this year created a video about his trip along Route 66 and shared what the trip meant to him. We hope you will enjoy the video and read his moving testimonial. Click here to read.
